The Electronics Engineering Department was established in 2015 by amalgamating Electronics and Avionics branch, which was established on 1991. The Department offers a course of six semesters leading to a diploma in Electronics Engineering, which is affiliated to AICTE. The sanctioned strength of this course is 50 students per year.

The three year diploma course in Electronics Engineering comprises of a fair share of practical classes in addition to the basic foundational principles taught in the theory classes.

The staff members of electronics department are well qualified. There are nine faculties in the department in which four Lectures four laboratory staff members with the head of the department. The laboratories are well furnished with the latest and most modern equipments for ensuring the students who learn the latest trends in the industry.
